Golf and Interns

Went to the driving range a couple days back... haven't been since I was what, 12? Good fun though, my colleague was impressed by my apparently "natural" swing, though the damned balls weren't going anywhere near where I wanted them to go. This looks to be something that'll stick going forward.

Wahey, we have a summer intern assigned to our job... and she's quite pretty too! Er, that wasn't very professional... but heck, I'm a man first, professional second! Our intern's quite interesting: she's a Cambridge University student, rowing aficionado, kick boxing enthusiast, really easy to talk to and from a low income background to boot, making her achievements even more impressive. I was assigned to coach her through her 2 days at our job... it was a great learning experience for me, not so sure if it was the same for her. Too bad she's going to another job next week...

Man, I can't believe I've been working in the company for 10 months already! There'll be much more of this coaching once September comes along and we get a fresh batch of grads... I remember the day I joined...
